Gerard W. Kelly
Gerard W. Kelly was appointed as the Deputy Bank Commissioner for Consumer Affairs in January 2001. Mr. Kelly has experience in banking as a loan officer in middle market lending and in government serving two terms as Wilmington City Councilman for the 7th District from 1997 to 2005. Mr. Kelly also has extensive experience in education having taught Mathematics, History and English to middle and high school students. He has an M.A. in Liberal Studies from Wesleyan University and a B.A. in Political Economy from Williams College.
